Spherical oil fracturing sand
Spherical petroleum fracturing sand is made of natural quartzite, quartz sandstone or massive quartz. Its silica content is more than 96%, Mohs hardness is more than 65, gravel diameter is greater than 14 meshes and less than 80 meshes. The crude quartz sand is processed and put into an omnidirectional grinding machine. Under the condition of adding grinding agent, it is grinded for 2-8 hours before grinding. When the material is cleaned and dried so that its moisture content reaches 8-12%, it is then transferred to the drying, separation and iron removal process. Then the polishing machine is selected to add polishing agent for polishing, and the polished material is then processed and packed to produce qualified spherical quartz sand for oil production.

natural quartzite and quartz sandstone into massive quartz and other raw
materials, Sinonine has produced spherical quartz sand with good sphericity and
roundness, high permeability and porosity. The production process has the

The production process of oil fracturing
sand is as follows: crude quartz sand, grinding (2-3 hours) cleaning ,quartz
sand drying ,screening ,iron removal ,quartz sand polishing (2 hours) ,screening
, packaging, and finished products.
The crude quartz sand is made of natural
quartz sandstone with 65 Mohr hardness and 96% SOa content. After processing,
the particle size is about 30-50 days. Then the grinding machine is put into
full-scale grinding for 2 hours, and the grinded material enters the cleaning
and drying process. When the moisture content reaches about 10%, it is put into
the drying kiln for drying. Dry quartz sand is removed by vibrating screen.
After removing iron, quartz sand is polished by polishing machine. The
polishing agent is about 1% of the polished quartz sand. Corundum powder and
alum are used as polishing agent raw materials. The particle size of alum
powder is about 100 mesh. Alum is heated before adding polishing agent, then
crushed. When the particle size reaches 80 mesh, then refer to the polishing
agent. Inside the polishing agent. After grinding and polishing, quartz sand
and polishing agent are put into the polishing machine. After polishing for 2
hours, the machine can stop. Then, the polishing material is transferred to the
screening process. The polishing agent is separated and removed for reuse. The
quartz sand produced by the separation is packaged as the final product.
